If you're a hard worker who can keep up with a fast-moving environment, this company offers a lot of opportunity to grow and succeed. You really get out what you put into it—initiative and drive are rewarded. There’s a sense of accomplishment that comes from managing your own book and seeing results.

The pace and workload can be overwhelming at times, especially during peak periods or when managing multiple high-priority accounts. It’s important to have strong time management and stress-handling skills to avoid burnout.

There are genuinely no perks.

This is the most toxic workplace I’ve ever witnessed. Management is unprofessional beyond measure. Zero diversity. Truly astounding they’re still in business based the level of immaturity and disorganization from the CEO and President. Leadership micromanages and insists signing off on every strategy, but they lack time management skills and are unavailable to make decisions to move the business forward. They do not separate work and religion. Avoid this place at all costs if you want a professional, respectful workplace. The culture they’ve created is a joke. I’ve seen sororities with better management.
