Toxic work environment and culture stemming from the top. No process, org structure, management aka no opportunities for growth - everyone ran their own ship where you either sank or swam. Long hours were expected, say goodbye to work-life balance. Good luck trying to leave this place in one piece if they haven’t beat you to it by shutting you out first and then firing you. You’ll figure this out quickly by their turn-around rate - underqualified and inexperienced employees who have either just been recently hired or ones who have been working there for ages either because they’re scared of leaving or they got too complacent as they wouldn’t know how to transition into working for a company that functions properly. Most people who have left on their own terms have had to ghost the owners entirely due to the fact that they’ve been harassed/threatened by the owners saying they would take legal action. Don’t believe the positive reviews either - the owners would bribe us with gift cards to write a positive review.
