I was able to change roles relatively easily throughout Exeter health resources.

Revolving door for employees and management alike. Terrible paid time off system, had to use earned time for major holidays like Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc. Culture completely shifted to one of negativity and angst once bought out by Beth Israel Lahey. Mass exodus from the company in the form of lay offs and employees quitting. I don’t think I got an overtime rate for working greater than 40 hours in a week (which I frequently did).
