      Everyone treats you like family, and not just another person working for a company. Fun work environment Treated with respect, integrity, and are extremely supportive in all aspects of work and life.

      If there are cons, we are given opportunities in expressing them, and are constantly asked what tools and support we need. During these sessions/discussions, ALL comments are reviewed, considered, and usually acted upon. So if there is a con, it is one that has not been spoken in order for it to be addressed.

      Great place to learn, collaborate with other teams, and see the results of the work you put in. Good benefits and relaxed work environment that makes being at the office a great place to work. The people really make this place what it is.

      Summers are very busy (common for student housing) and collaboration across teams is not always a smooth process.
