      Thank you for your feedback. While you are absolutely correct that CoreCivic like most non-government companies is a for-profit company, I disagree with your statement that making a profit trumps safety. CoreCivic is very transparent and has published a first in our industry ESG report that shows where we focus our efforts. We focus on the safe and ethical treatment of the people in our care, we focus on reducing recidivism through educational, vocational and spiritual programs and we focus on our people. https://www.corecivic.com/hubfs/_files/2018-ESGReport.pdf

      CC Uses cutting-edge Technologies, which is good experience for resume building; many of the Teams are collaborative; interesting work and you can believe in company goals.

      Director and Manager level mgmt at corporate here do not provide guidance on projects. There is a lot of turnover on data projects because new employees are thrown into the deep end and then just blamed if results are not as expected. CC really needs more hands-on project oversight. There are also behavioral and anger issues with a couple long-time ppl as well, and this is both exhausting and (sometimes) outright humiliating. They need to treat new people better.
