      I enjoyed working with the residents and seeing them successfully complete the program. The pay wasn't horrible but could have been better especially for the kind of work being done.

      Svantaggi

      There is zero work/life balance and no understanding when life happens outside of work. It's every person for themself and hardly any teamwork.

      CC Uses cutting-edge Technologies, which is good experience for resume building; many of the Teams are collaborative; interesting work and you can believe in company goals.

      Director and Manager level mgmt at corporate here do not provide guidance on projects. There is a lot of turnover on data projects because new employees are thrown into the deep end and then just blamed if results are not as expected. CC really needs more hands-on project oversight. There are also behavioral and anger issues with a couple long-time ppl as well, and this is both exhausting and (sometimes) outright humiliating. They need to treat new people better.
