This is an organization that encourages and perpetuates grandstanding- all to pay lip service to Exec team ego’s. This is not an organization where there is an open and honest culture, where as an employee you can feel comfortable being upfront and honest. More often “kill the messenger” approach is taken, often punishing those who bring up constructive ways to try and make this company great. Open, honest feedback is discouraged, favoring a showboating/PR approach on an internal platform to get as many likes for just doing your job! This is a culture that encourages “passing the buck”, with a blame culture encouraged at a senior leadership level. Chronic finger pointing, with silos encouraged, despite the false promotion of a hashtag values driven empty culture. Gossip, rumors and backbiting actively encouraged and perpetuated by a poor corporate culture that is self serving for a small minority of glory hunters. This is not a vibrant entrepreneurial organization that encourages employees who are driven to execute relentlessly and work with a sense of passion that inspires and nurtures employees loyalty, supports high productivity, whilst minimizing a toxic environment. This is a highly politicized organization with narcissistic leadership playing at business that leads to burn out, fatigue and high stress levels. High turnover and a constantly revolving door that is never challenged by HR, as they’re too busy pitching themselves for meaningless and self serving awards. Darwinian theory reigns supreme here with most employees developing Stockholm syndrome!
