      -People are great to work with -Immediate PTO accrual (10 hours a month is starting amount) -Benefits are really good -Flexible work schedule -Telecommuting available -$250/year for health equipment, membership, etc.

      -Company culture is resistant to change -Routine company-wide reorganization every 6-12 months -Supervisors are not allowed to be involved with project work -Leadership is business focused, not software focused -High dependency on consultants/contracted employees
