Over and over again, I see our leadership team work with employees to design solutions that fit their talent and needs, while also honoring equitable considerations. Innovating new positions, finding schedules that work for each employee and our client demands, I've never worked anywhere that demonstrated this level of care to our team. My pay, vacation and benefits - plus the culture and caring coworkers - are so much better than any place I have worked, CorePhysio is a really special place that is local, and does outpatient PT the right way.

Bummed to lose a colleague who wanted vacation plus generous leave without pay with weekly schedule flexibility and higher pay. When folks have dual income, they may have the ability to work less. Not everyone can do that (how do they do that?!).

Seriously, thank you for taking the time to share your experience and ideas. It's interesting: employers really have the least information about what is out there in the marketplace when it comes to comp innovations and flexibility. The more ideas we get from current, potential and former employees, the better, so again, thank you for your suggestions. Leave without pay (LWOP) is a valuable benefit that is self-limiting based on individual financial circumstances, and is growing in value because flexibility is incredibly valuable. Paid time off, however, is super equitable and makes vacation universally accessible by all roles, which is really important. Combo of both is likely best of both worlds. Love the online scheduling functionality concept, as well as having real human beings answer questions. When folks are hurting, stressed or scared, the human voice can be really helpful. And we are accustomed to online flexibility to schedule what we want - it's a valuable recommendation. And hell yes to pickleball. The review says you're a former employee but I'm wondering if you clicked a box unintentionally? You can totally come to pickleball regardless - Just let me know who you are and that you want to stay connected!

Balancing the budget of a 2 clinic privately owned and operated outpatient physical therapy clinic in a world of tumult and declining reimbursements from federal, state, and private insurance providers is no small task. Our compensation models are fair and competitive, but one may not see quite the pay and benefits of a private equity backed company or hospital system. Being well known in the community, it can be hard to have enough appointment slots available to see patients as frequently as you might in a slower clinic.

They actively seek and integrate our input into our employee experience. Compensation is transparent, and equitable. And it is updated! They go above and beyond to accommodate schedule needs for each employee. They also care about client coverage, which is a critical part of our reputation and quality care. They work hard to explain what is going on behind the scenes on a regular basis, and it feels like they are really fighting for us, and for our clients to receive care that we are paid fairly for. This also is a healthy organization that stands up for its employees and clients.

A boundary is different than a con. CorePhysio has equitable and transparent boundaries. The staff who move on have financial flexibility to work whatever hours they prefer, and want to be off whenever they want to be off. That means that client coverage is less important in those settings than the PT's lifestyle. No workplace can meet everyone's wishes. Personally I feel responsibility to ensure our clients get care, even if a PT is on vacation. The flexibility provided here meets my needs, and is so far above anything else I have experienced.
