      The office is based on an smart business park. Most employees in the office, except management, were friendly and helpful. Lots of talented individuals in the company (although they are not listened to). The QA team were helpful, ensuring the projects were successful.

      Management provided no guidance on what they required for the roles. There seems to be no long-term plans for the company/project, with only a 2-3 week plan to work by, which made it impossible to plan releases. No sharing of information from the management team on the company's long term plans or company performance. Staff turn-over is high with people regularly leaving their jobs.

      I have been with Corethree for around 4 months and have overall had a positive experience so far, some of the pros include: - approachable friendly management team who are willing to provide lots of support if you need it - very fast paced and productive environment to work within as there is lots going on everyday - you are given flexible working hours and work from home days which are great to help balance your schedule -good communication all round as there are many meetings and a work messaging channel to help you voice your opinions/keep up to date

      -lots of software and technical terms to learn, but you soon pick these up in meetings and listening to the development team
