      * Work on projects you care about. * Enjoy the freedom to be free to work on what you feel is necessary.

      * Sometimes, rushes happen, and you are pressured to get things done, but not correctly. * The company is in almost a constant state of "Restructuring". So you can be fired pretty much at any time, no matter how long you have worked there, for no reason. * System is based off another system and you aren't coding something specific, you are modifying existing code with basically plugins. It's pretty crazy when you can't edit the file that is causing the problem, but you can build a new file and direct the system to that to fix the issue.

      It's a good team and they understand how difficult it is to manage the codebase. I have been excited to work with them since I started and while things may get stressful at times, we have a good group of people having other peoples back.

      Svantaggi

      The codebase is a mish-mash of code that is not well done. Not saying the coders hired there are bad, but with legacy apps and our unique relationship with the code base (developed by another company that we basically mod), it's sometimes difficult to work around it.
