Team leaders have favourites and make it very obvious. KPIs are 110% subjective & based off if they like you or not. Current economy makes this job hard, most people don’t have the money to donate regularly. Now we’re tipping towards a recession it’s even worse. Data lead generators are using fake mechanisms to get people to answer YES or NO about have they heard of a charity. Voice contacts are used against you if you go over 30 seconds or they hang up not even one line in & they base your “performance” around that!
