Toxic corporate culture wrapped in a startup hustle veneer. It doesn't seem that senior leadership values skill, work ethic, or tenure unless you’re in sales and directly driving revenue. The work environment is chaotic, constant pivots with no coherent strategy, high stress and poor communication despite repeated promises of transparency. Worst of all is the constant anxiety everyone feels like they’re one more inevitable RIF away from being cut. Working there felt like treading water every day, reactive, exhausting, and unsustainable. There was little to no real path for career growth or advancement.
