Salary uncompetitive and heavily reliant on (average) commission structure. Company perks are lacking or falling behind industry (vacation, health benefits, 401k contributions etc.) Too slow moving on the decision process and beginning to fall behind more nimble competitors. Product development not advancing and being left behind. Some management more focused on their own egos being a manager vs actually managing and supporting their team.

I enjoyed my time there. The leadership clearly cares about the employees. It was a really good environment where everyone was treated with respect. Hitting your goals wasn't easy, but it was attainable without being stressful.

Svantaggi

My supervisor insisted on 30 minute lunch breaks for their team. If you weren't able to pack a lunch getting food in such a high traffic area can be tight.
