Five years ago, I walked into CorroHealth as a fresher in coding services, filled with hope and determination. Like many beginners, I was eager to learn and prove myself. Every day was a new challenge, but I embraced each one as a steppingstone. My commitment to learning and delivering excellence helped me grow from a Coder to an Auditor, and today, I proudly serve as Assistant Manager – Coding Services. This journey wasn’t just about promotions—it was about resilience and the incredible support I received along the way. When life threw personal challenges my way, the organization stood by me, offering work-from-home flexibility so I could balance my responsibilities without compromising my well-being. That gesture reinforced my belief that this organization truly values its people and that moment reminded me that CorroHealth is not just a workplace—it’s a family that cares.
