There are many issues with the cab service here. Sometimes the cab arrives too early, and there is a complete lack of coordination. It also seems that the admin panel responsible for setting the routes is not familiar with Delhi at all, because one route is correct while the other is completely in the opposite direction. Due to this, employees who are supposed to be picked up first at 3:00 PM often have to sit in the cab as early as 2:30 PM for a 5:30 PM shift.
