They just mass hire freshers when project is there and then without any information or notice period they will ask you to resign immediately on spot when no projects..they don't care your quality or performance but just lay off 200+ freshers, that is what has happened with me recently and many others and feel so sad that it doesn't even care employee's emotion and perspective. WORST EVER COMPANY TO JOIN....FIRST COMPANY OF MINE AND THIS HAPPENED....MADE ME SOO DEPRESSED AND HATE ON THEM

Good boss and team lead , good training. Nice people on my teams. And fun atmosphere . Flexible schedules and can take PTO when I need or make up the time. 2 floating holidays.

Everything that was good about this company is slowly going away. I’ve been here for 2 years going on 3, when I first started we had bonuses and they tooo that away and gave raises to those who kept getting bonuses, fine. Then they implemented Centrical which is fine but then the coin store doesn’t work. Then they decided not to give raises this year. It’s a complete joke. IT is a joke as well. Everything feels like it’s going global. And job security — doesn’t feel like there is any anymore after the no raise announcements. No room to grow in the company either.
