The are merely collecting coders and forcing them to sign a noncompete that will bar you from coding at "any current or FUTURE competitor or client" which means ANY other agency or hospital. They will onboard you with zero training, throw you into a sink or swim scenario, and bench you if you ask questions. Do NOT work here!!! "Auditor" know less than coders and it causes clients to leave.

Good boss and team lead , good training. Nice people on my teams. And fun atmosphere . Flexible schedules and can take PTO when I need or make up the time. 2 floating holidays.

Everything that was good about this company is slowly going away. I’ve been here for 2 years going on 3, when I first started we had bonuses and they tooo that away and gave raises to those who kept getting bonuses, fine. Then they implemented Centrical which is fine but then the coin store doesn’t work. Then they decided not to give raises this year. It’s a complete joke. IT is a joke as well. Everything feels like it’s going global. And job security — doesn’t feel like there is any anymore after the no raise announcements. No room to grow in the company either.
