TERRIBLY UNDERPAID! Company stresses bonus incentives for high productivity, but it's barely over $100 and everyone gets same bonus regardless of quality and quantity of work. Appeals managers are not qualified for the job. Institute policy changes and will write up if not adhered to the same day. Leadership will delay cases until last day they are due and penalize staff with write up for timeliness. Per leadership manager, don't care about feelings, it's a company and it's about the bottom line. Expect high turnover and being understaffed, underpaid, and overworked.

Good boss and team lead , good training. Nice people on my teams. And fun atmosphere . Flexible schedules and can take PTO when I need or make up the time. 2 floating holidays.

Everything that was good about this company is slowly going away. I’ve been here for 2 years going on 3, when I first started we had bonuses and they tooo that away and gave raises to those who kept getting bonuses, fine. Then they implemented Centrical which is fine but then the coin store doesn’t work. Then they decided not to give raises this year. It’s a complete joke. IT is a joke as well. Everything feels like it’s going global. And job security — doesn’t feel like there is any anymore after the no raise announcements. No room to grow in the company either.
