Only being a sociable colleague

Low salary, not worthy salary, no salary negotiation. The company only pays salaries, employees have to pay for their own purchases of company supplies. A really bad company. A lot of work but not recruiting more staff.

The project is relatively easier. The work hours are regular, and there’s no mandatory overtime.

Not all employees understand proper SOPs. There are people who speak up loudly but don’t actually help.
