Leadership is weak, the office is nearly empty despite the CEO insisting others attend while rarely present himself, and the new rebrand makes the firm look like a low budget consultancy.

Deadlines with filings for clients are often dictated when on-site that cannot be moved for various reasons. Leadership steps in to assist as possible and will send others to assist the timeline workload which is great in the bigger picture.
