I have been working at Cotocus since 2016 as an Digital marketer and Learning & Development manager. Its been an amazing experience to be a part of the Cotocus. Great environment and work culture, you are free enough to take decisions and experiments with the strategies. They guide you accrodingly and helps you to build career in a very fruitful manner. I got here healthy and helpful bunch of Colleagues. You can jump on to anyone for help and you won't be disappointed. You always surrounded by passionate people having hunger to learn and explore. There is too much scope of learning and growing therefore you get ample opportunity to enhance your skills as you work. I am working here for about 2 years and I don't even realize how the time spent by. Cotocus also make sure that an employee geting good work life balance. In terms of fun there are: Exceptional team outings in every 3 months. Along with that you can go for Movies & Team dinner monthly which is sponsored by company's end.
