Family owned and operated, stable company, puts coworkers and residents needs and concerns first. Recently raised pay rates and now pays more than most similar places. Great benefits

Like ever other place out there right now, staffing can be challenging at times- but everyone helps out, even managers will work side by side with employees to make sure the residents are given top care. They also have incentives for picking up extra shifts that include bonus pay! And the increase in pay rates has really helped bring in quality staff!

The residents make the place great. If you enjoy connecting with the residents, you will enjoy working here.

- pathways manager is HORRIBLE. If they assign you to that unit, good luck. It is the heaviest unit they have. - OKAY aide to resident ratio. On a normal day you will have 10+ people to provide care for, if you are short staffed prepare to take care of atleast 20 residents - Favoritism is CRAZY HERE. If you are not kissing butt, the managers won’t care to give you a lighter block a few times a week, and no matter how many times you make them aware. NOTHING CHANGES.
