I expected harder work but this is ridiculous - Recensione dipendente - Direct Support Professional (DSP) presso Countryview Manor

The pay is low but thats across the board for all dsp's, coworkers are like a 25/75 that youll get along with them. Constantly understaffed causing many 8 hour afternoon workers to have to work till 3 am sometimes not informing them until the day of. Health insurance is crazy expensive at over 500 dollars and while i have not used it some coworkers i have say it does not cover much.
