Was willing to work with your schedule (I had other jobs), great coworkers who has your back when you get swamped, managers who actually help their employees, the regular guests were great

Took forever to get info to access Marriott employee account, one coworker that was a brown-noser, complainer, would not take responsibility for his own mess ups, bad mouths everyone (management, coworkers, guests), no one wanted to work with him! Thank god he is gone! Sadly, the managers I worked with moved on to another hotel and heard the new managers had most of the existing people or they've left.
