The culture, the mission, the people, competitive pay, etc... the list goes on and on. I've had the luxury of a number of pretty great jobs over the years but CE stands out as number one.

There's honestly nothing worth noting here. No job is perfect but finding some small thing to nitpick here would be doing a disservice to how good of a company this is.

I started working part-time to pay my way through school, and I've ended up making a career out of it. Covenant Eyes talks a lot about caring for their employees, and I know they truly mean it. Covenant Eyes has been very accommodating, allowing me to work in different parts of the country. It's been exciting to see the company grow while keeping their missional focus.

Our work can be tough. We work in a challenging tech industry trying to help people who are often at the end of their rope. The simple ice-breaker, "What do you do for work?" can turn very awkward!
