Vantaggi
Not any pros for experienced drivers. Good company for students or newbies though.
Svantaggi
You have to examine your paystubs every week to make sure they paid you for everything, then you have to chase your pay and you get the runaround, I'm still trying to get paid for a 196 mile empty move and that was from August 26th and today is October 11th, 2016. The dispatchers treat you like dirt, at least mine does and I've only talked to him twice, both times about missing pay. They do not appreciate having a driver with 17 years experience who stays out for 2 - 3 months at a time and only takes 7 days off then goes back out. This is mainly a meat grinder training company that hires students and newbies, sure they have some of their long time employees, but not very many, and most of them have never worked anywhere else to know the difference. No respect, no appreciation, and if you want to earn more than $1000 a week stay away from Covenant, and don't believe the $1000 a week minimum pay propaganda because if they do have to chip in they take it back the very next week so it is just a payday loan. If you want to run solo you wont get any miles, they will starve you out until you team up. Hazmat teams get solo runs too because they do not have any solo drivers. You will be just a number here at Covenant, and they wont ever know your name. I been here 11 months and have never been called by name until after I have given them my driver number.
