If you worked hard you could go from $50,000 to $70,000 in a couple years. Overtime is available and they gave out a yearly bonus and raise. They offer flexible scheduled for families, 4/10

The hierarchy is steeped with cronyism. It's understandable because you need to know who you promote but they miss out on very qualified individuals who move on. The turnover rate is very high. They've had an employee deficiency since the very beginning. The moral is very low. Almost non-existent.
