Abusive workplace - Recensione dipendente - Engineer presso Cowan Dynamics

The management and sales are very abusive. The engineering and production are under extreme pressure working long hours and weekends without getting compensated for that. No training if offered to new people since the current employees are too busy with their jobs! There is no project management. There is no quality department. There is no Human resource!!!! Basically they don't care about how the job is done. They just want to get it done at any price and ship it out. Every day is a torture to work there. No growth nor even learning opportunities. And no work life balance. I strongly recommend you to avoid working here.
