Political. Do your homework about Dealer.com -> Dealertrack -> Cox Auto. Essentially reverse mergers with a tight power center in Burlington. Mgmt advocates creating conflict (advocated in large meetings) to create “positive” inertia. Obvious and basic computer science problems not solved. Top down mandates proposed then disavowed or rationalized with spurious logic- use all AWS SaaS! Passive aggressive management to said direction. Refer to recent position eliminations which make no sense in context of Scaled Agile Framework. Do not believe any complaints about Atlanta focus; which is family and work life balanced.
