Continuously promoted non-qualified people into positions above their head in the name of "diversity." This happened from the very top down to starter positions. After lots of failing upper corporate management has to step in and clean up the mess... constantly. Local management plays favorites across the board which feeds into the diversity mess. Constant downsizing and being told half-truths by upper management about job safety can get depressing. After being passed over for a third time for a job in favor of being "diverse" by hiring non-qualified people with no degree or experience in the job I left the company.
