good benefits. good people and support. got alot of support from current managers in the training area. Other employees were helpful and genuinely interested in helping get new employees up to speed and learn the systems and processes. I wouold recommend Cox to any entry level person looking to work for a strong private company with good future growth prospects.

Management will throw you under the bus to save themselves, will not stick up for employees, supervisor yelling at team meetings, slamming things around and acting childish. Best micromanager out there.
