      Limited Advancement in field ops departments. Decision making comes from above. People that haven't done the job in 20 plus years in most cases. Accountability from supervisor to supervisor is non existent.

      Management will throw you under the bus to save themselves, will not stick up for employees, supervisor yelling at team meetings, slamming things around and acting childish. Best micromanager out there.
