Coworkers are really nice and funny

Management will fire without reason. Human Resources will create rules that only apply to one employee if they aren't like the rest, not an inclusive place to work. Management will promise raises and then Human Resources give you less than what they originally said you'd be making. Training plans get put in place and management doesn't follow those plans so you are expected to train yourself.

A few decent people to work with

Management is a joke, zero leadership, zero support, and will fire with zero explanation.
