Excellent products - absolutely best in class . Overall really great people - nice, hardworking and very smart. Crain family really cares about and takes care of their employees. Strong family values. Younger Crain family members have a great vision for the future. Offices are very nice and clean.

Still outdated in many centralized corporate areas, however that is finally starting to change. Legacy staff in the Detroit office can be very political. Some people have stayed for so long that their skills are a bit outdated.
