Company has a great work environment. My area at least has the supervisors abroad, so this takes a bit of pressure without compromising work quality. My team at least is under agile methodology which is great as it keeps work dynamic and updated with job market. Compensations and benefits are well beyond regular works in this geographical area at least.

Location specific --> its on the outskirts of the city so heavy traffic is expected as it shares highway with other states and there are frequent car accidents which makes arriving on time challenging. Local software teams are not currently under big growth so there are not so many career opportunities, yet degrees are respected so you can always make achievements in personal career ( Senior, principal,etc).
