- Slow pace - Work environment is good. - People are friendly.

Svantaggi

- Pay for tech people is 20-30% lower than PA average; 50% lower than coastal cities - No software development infrastructure. Lots of team doesn't have proper version control, code review and internal wiki. No modern software development or deployment (CICD etc). Tech stack is 30 years behind the industry. - Value business over tech - Don't expect any perks (no free lunch, no fully vested 401k, you have to pay your health insurance, no wellbeing reimbursement, no education reimbursement etc). No extra perk at all. - LOTS of politics if you're in management. - No stock. Signal on bonus is only four digits
