Great work/life balance. All OT is optional. Safety first culture. Appreciates employee families. Guarantees 40hr work week. Has their own training center located out of Florida with training sites across the country. Provides new trucks for employees. Has a technician offsite event annually. A Management team that is goal oriented with focus on all members of the team. Very stable company to work for.

There are no issues that I have seen with this organization.

Nothing is a pro here the expectation is you can’t handle anything.

The whole place is a con you don’t get taught what to do and they expect you to ask to be trained.
