Growth and recognition seem to be based on favoritism rather than performance. Additionally, I observed biased decision-making and partiality, which created an uncomfortable and unfair work environment. Instead of focusing on employee well-being and career development, the management prioritizes internal groups, leading to a toxic work culture.
