This is a great side gig for independent workers with a great work ethic. You can work freely and on your own time.You can choose from different tasks in your area, which you set, and you are never micro-managed to death.There is a great support team who help both on the technical side if you experience any app issues and with the jobs that you take on.You never meet anyone from the actual company in person,so if you need a babysitter/constant approval while on the job site, it may not be for you.The pay was always easy to monitor and was direct deposited every two weeks into my bank.It was VERY LOW STRESS.I also like that on the app, there are links to anything you need to see in advance,how you are doing, tools to bring to make the job better etc.Also while you are at the job, it takes you step by step in forward motion to guide you through every task on the job.And I love that you set your own time and can change it whenever or as many times, as long as you get it done in the timeline given.They think of everything from sending envelopes to your door to return things to detailed pictures to help.

you do need a vehicle,a smart phone and a printer so with that as part of it,I would say that was the only con as some people may not be able to work

Before January 1, 2016 I could think of a thousand reasons. Now it is absolutely impossible to find one PRO.

As an independent contractor for three years with CastForce, I went through numerous systematic changes. From a pay check to the crazy Skyline debit card, which actually cost me money!! But overall I had it down and I was proud of my work, had excellent relationships with my stores and received decent pay month after month. AS of the first of the year with the new model, basically I am paying Cast. I use my gas, my data, my time and literally get paid in minutes! Even after my territory manager, who I have known and respected through the years, added an incentive to get coverage, I received my check and it was $20 dollars extra...and although the company 'tried' to rectify the $11.50 an hour pay by time not project by adding a clause that stated you would be paid the entire visit IF you were in the store for at least half the required time..they made the required time longer and so you are still paid for minutes. I mean I drove to location, did my service and was done in 24 minutes...BECAUSE I know they job..I KNOW the store... I know the POG and that is exactly how long it takes I was paid $4.60!! And do not even get me started on the APP. Seriously!
