Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend working for this company. They don’t value their employees at all—payments are always late, and they take money out of your wage without even telling you. On top of that, they don’t pay their suppliers, so we end up getting harassed by them for money that management failed to pay. At events, suppliers refuse to work if they don’t get their payment, and all you hear is complaints about not being paid. The company constantly puts staff in awkward situations, and instead of taking responsibility, management blames the sales team for their own mistakes. I’m still waiting to get paid, they keep doing events and they don’t even respond to me!
