There are not enough words to describe the dishonest, callous behavior of the two owners of this company. They hired excellent staff, oversold their services to credulous clients, bought two multimillion dollar houses with their profits, and then fired the entire staff with no notice, no severance, and no adherence to labor laws -- leaving aside expectations of human decency. The President routinely took two month vacations and blamed every missed meeting or deadline (including payroll) on the weather or global unrest. She lied repeatedly to staff about the company's financial solvency, and misrepresented herself and the company to clients. She is shamefully dishonest.

The employees are talented, passionate, and driven.

The owners of this company are retaliatory and cruel, so I do not feel safe giving specifics on this company (as another review also noted). I cannot recommend this company and would advise that you avoid it at all costs. They will try to hook you in with talk of equity, a decent salary, and remote work. The cons far outweigh any benefits. I would encourage you to ask the following questions if you decide to interview: - How many employees currently work at the company? - How many projects do you currently have? How many people work on each project? - How many people listed on the website still work at the company? -How many employees have worked at the company for over a year? - Have you ever had an issue with paying your employees on time? - How many businesses do you own? How many days a week do the owners work for THIS business? In a nutshell, stay far, far away from CRS.
