I gave work/life balance and culture & values one star each only because there isn't an option for zero stars. Literally. These things don't exist at CSI. This place is essentially a factory where they want you chained to your desk, working non-stop from clock in to clock out, pushing out as much inventory as possible, no regard for people's individual situations/lives. I could say more if I was still bitter, but at this point, I don't feel as strongly as I did when I left.
