      - Overall people are nice - Office is quite nice too, beautiful space - Very open minded regarding remote working

      Svantaggi

      - Workload is crazy, which means long working hours almost every day of the week - Micromanagement (you get asked about your workload every day and if you mention you can't take anything else on you get ask how long does each of your tasks take) - Sometimes you get asked to work over the weekend (this is paid separately though) - No HR team or contact you can reach out to - Company benefits are almost inexistent - Low salaries - The company is structured in small teams and you don't really know what's going on in the other teams, specially now with remote working for everyone

      A laid back environment, and very friendly culture. Very interesting, creative clients. Compared to previous offices and agencies I've worked in, it is the place that has given the most opportunity to shine, and make a difference to the new processes and changes if you want to. MD nicest possible boss - passionate and very involved in activities and projects

      Workload a challenge during peaks. More senior team members would be ideal so they outweigh the junior ones (and less pressure on the best PMs).
