This is my first stint at a start-up and I had some degree of apprehension about what it would be like once I was on the inside. I have been beyond pleasantly surprised. CreativeLive is a rare and unique place to work and I feel super fortunate to have been given the opportunity. It’s the type of place that if you care about making a difference in an organization and in the world then it’s the place to be. Since joining the team I have been blown away by how agile the decision-making is from top to bottom and how much freedom there is to do your job. I came from a Matrix organization where there were easily 6 layers of approvals. Here, decisions get made fast. Chase has a clear vision and a strong POV which is clearly articulated throughout the organization.

It’s definitely not a place for people who finds reasons not to do their jobs or for people to like to complain. Or for those that feel a sense of entitlement.
