The Company is really poised for massive growth. It's privately owned and the owners care about people. Not only the people they place but the people that work in the company. The Company's vision centered around creative people and the creative craft. This is what drives the Company. Probably the best compensation structure I've seen in the industry and unlimited ceiling. It's a place for true professionals. They involve staff in key decisions and everyone has a say. Just positive in every way. Can't recommend them enough.

Not really a con, but the massive growth presents challenges in adapting process/procedure. Senior leadership has been really helpful and proactive in making this growth as painless as possible.
