The With One Voice program has real merit and brings joy to hundreds of people.
The majority of staff, Choir Leaders and volunteers are passionate, hard working, lovely people.

The organisation is completely suffocated by micromanagement, erratic business practice and ridiculous demands from the Founder.
A very stressful environment, with an unacceptable amount of bullying, harassment and impropriety tolerated, as it all comes from the Founder of the organisation.
No aid given by the Board.
Very high turnover, which is dramatic for a very small team of staff.
Needs of the clients not put first.

The With One Voice program has the potential to change lives and bring so much joy to the community. Every one apart of the organisation are passionate abut changing lives and making a happier healthier community.
Working on such an amazing charity has given me so many fantastic opportunities, and has helped me develop new skills.
It is a privilege to be apart of such a talented and devoted team. They are all willing to take the time to assist you with anything you need, they encourage you and are generally lovely to work with.
Without the constant support from the Board, Drive and focus from the Founder the organisation wouldn't have been able to achieve and succeed as much as it has.

It can sometimes be a stressful and busy environment, but that's because everyone in the team is very passionate and wants to achieve the absolute best to help the with one voice program succeed.
