Unfortunately BrightGen has gone down hill in an exceptional fashion and currently have very few clients, projects or opportunities. Used to be a fantastic place to work filled with lovely energetic people and a real team spirit, now it's just a corporate nightmare that lacks passion and cohesion. HR have lost the people element and become very "inhuman" which can lead to a lack of urgency, compassion and understanding. Recently made a lot of people redundant due to a lack of revenue, but the new CEO made lots of hires with over complicated titles and enormous salaries. Seem to haemorrhage any real talent because no one is ever properly briefed about projects, they don't know who they report too and are given very little support because everyone is "too busy" to help. Too many managers/execs can never seem to agree on anything. Bare minimum benefits, including pension and maternity. Do not believe the hype/.
