the management cant decide what they want. very stressful work environment, you are berated for "compliance" violations which basically hit everything that you say on a call. I am constantly getting reprimanded for these so called violations so the company's way of overcoming that is riding very close to the edge of the compliance line. It is all beating around the bush so that the client gets an unrealistic idea of the business. You are on a very strict direct agressive sales position. most of the clients are BLINDLY transferred which doesnt help when you have to get creditcard info and socials. half the time you feel like you are wasting your time. Yes its commission and your decision howmuch you make but they require you to be at your desk sitting for 90% of your shift which is ridiculous because you only get the commissions you make yourself so no money for the other hours you are taking their calls. The "coaches" dont help. They play xbox and ping pong all day and sit on their cell phones so no help from them either. They are now taking away one of the best parts of the job which is the flexibility of working and that will be my final straw.

Good environment with good people. PTO accrued nicely, good benefits, free services, etc. Not a bad call center.
