Management Lies they create "documented discussions that unfounded"
They are also known as Lexington Law (in the building near by) and Progrexion (they handle they handle signing pepole up) You are instructed to lie when asked about Lexington Law or Progrexion I have documented chats about the lies the document I have says as follows "I just got a call for Lexington law" lead in training "It's ok to say that we know who they are and that we do the same type of work but under no circumstances do we say we are Lexington law or affiliated with them" Me: but we are Lead in training "as I said under no circumstances"
to work for a company that claims to be honest and of moral value to ask employees to lie where is the honesty in that? if that isn't enough we had multiple calls where people advised us that other people were using their credit cards without permission and we were told to tell them that unless the member (perosn using the credit card frauduelently) we could not take it off of the account it would continue to be billed. I have a members phone number this happened to and I helped him by telling him contact your bank and get a new card) as well as a copy of a chat that took place last week different agent same conversation where is the honesty in that.
